Security & Access
- Our priority is the safety of the Diplomatic Zone. Cooperation with security personnel is mandatory.
- Designated authorities have the right to regulate access, enforce rules, and take necessary administrative action for governance and security.
Freedom with Responsibility
- ALL USERS MUST FOLLOW OFFICIAL POLICIES, LEGAL FRAMEWORKS, AND INSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINES WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
- Freedom of expression, movement, and participation is permitted only within lawful, ethical, and institutional limits.
Car Sticker
- The sticker is issued only to registered residents or authorized tenants.
- One sticker is issued for each registered vehicle.
- The sticker must be displayed clearly on the vehicle (typically on the front windshield) as instructed by the society.
- The sticker is non-transferable and cannot be used on another vehicle.
- Lost or damaged stickers must be reported immediately for replacement.
Id Card
- The ID card is issued only to registered members/residents.
- It is personal and non-transferable; do not lend it to others.
- Report a lost or stolen card immediately so it can be blocked and replaced.
- Do not alter, damage, or duplicate the ID card.
