2. To collect monthly members subscription fees in order to provide the services effectively.
3. To work in close coordination with the Dhaka North City Corporation, WASA and Dhaka Electric Supply Authority, etc. to ensure the smooth utility service for the Sector.
4. To maintain cohesive relation with City corporation, RAJHUK and Police to ensure speedy implementation of their services.
1. To ensure the physical security of Baridhara by employing own security guards, area patrols, strict entry/exit and electronic security system etc.
2. To work in close relation with the local police station in order to ensure the public law and order situation under control, Extend all kind of support to community policing and bit policing of the local police station.
1. To ensure the transfer of house hold wastage on daily basis from all the houses/plots of the Society to the designated wastage dumping area of the Dhaka city corporation.
2. To control the movement of Van, illegal shops etc. within the area of Baridhara Residential Area.
3. To ensure the periodical cleaning of drains, dumping areas etc. and control the mosquitoes by spraying the medicine/drugs.
4. To ensure the maintenance and beatification of Baridhara Park and playground of RAJHUK to facilitate the members amusement.
